Vertical Thermal Oil Boiler

Introduction
Vertical thermal oil boiler is also called biomass thermal boiler is a new product of heat-conducting oil furnace. It can take wood shavings, chips; saw dust, straw, rice straw, peanut shells and other biomass as fuel. Because of fuel saving, environmental protection, and green renewable features, this kind of boiler is widely loved by users. According to the boiler structure can be divided into vertical and horizontal thermal oil furnace.

Design Structure:
Biomass thermal oil furnace is designed with reciprocating grate and large furnace capacity. So second blasting is necessary to burn the biomass completely. The entire operation process is as follows: ignition, feeding, slag removal etc. All procedures can be automated and easy to operate conveniently and safely.

Biomass thermal oil boiler Features:
Biomass boiler is different from oil and gas fuel boiler. Biomass fuel is rotated into the hearth, preheating, drying, igniting and burning then generates heat energy. Finally the completely combusted fuel will fall into the slag mouth. Comparing with oil and gas boiler, biomass is green renewable fuel, low costs, easy to get and energy sawing. It is the best choice for woodworking and furniture manufacturers.

Main features of CHANCSMAC thermal oil boiler:
1. Product design, manufacturing, testing in strict accordance with the <<Boiler Safety Technology Supervision Regulations>> GB / T17410-2008<<organic heat carrier furnace>>standards and the implementation of regulations, meanwhile inspected by state special equipment safety agencies, safe and reliable
2. The heating surface of the boiler is fully welded with argon arc welding, and is subjected to X-ray inspection. The pressure test in the hydraulic test is qualified to ensure the welding quality higher than the national standard.
3. Adopting our unique and patented technology, the top coil is set on the top of the furnace, and both sides of the furnace tube are heated, which prolongs the residence time of the high temperature flue gas in the furnace, and has high heat utilization rate and prolongs the service life of the boiler.
4. Feeding automatic and inverter control technology is optional, which can reduce operators to one person for operation.
5. Mechanical compulsory combustion and dedicated arch design is applied for wood industry to make sure fuel full combustion, less smoke and dust producing and good environmental effects. Can not only process the wastes (sawdust, shavings, wood chips, bark, sanding powder etc.) produced in the wood industry but also provide the required heat (hot oil or hot flue gas)

Security features and the main control points of CHANCSMAC thermal oil boiler:
1. Thermal oil outlet temperature display: Can be displayed on site and transmitted to the control cabinet by the instrument display, the user can set the temperature value, and can be interlocked with the fan to achieve automatic adjustment operation, and high temperature alarm
2 . Thermal oil inlet temperature display: can be displayed on-site and transmitted to the control cabinet by the instrument display
3. Thermal oil outlet pressure display: can be displayed on site and transmitted to the control cabinet as far as instrumentation, and to achieve over-pressure alarm
4. Thermal oil inlet pressure display: the scene can be displayed and transmitted to the control cabinet by the instrument display
5. Expansion tank level control: to achieve the expansion tank level alarm, timely remind stove staff to add the system oil, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler system
