This type horizontal band saw is used to cut different types of solid wood timber, especially for hard wood log like oak, teak , walnut, beech as well as rosewood etc. Due to the high precision and small saw kert design, the timber does not need thicknesser planing after cutting by this band saw. It can save 4-5mm more material than conventional vertical band saw. At the same time save the labors for planning work.
